· Cost is $100/per player

· Each team must have 6 players/team

· Each player receives a NEXT LEVEL t-shirt

· NO coaches  – Just soccer players! Play, Compete, Have Fun!

· Referee at every game

· 4v4 plus GK with regulation futsal goals and ball by FORZA

· League play begins December 6th, ends Jan 24th

· Games in December are every Sunday between 1-8 pm

· Games in January are every Saturday between 2-6 pm

· Games are 24 minutes (2x12)

· Guaranteed 9 games plus playoffs (based on a 10 team league per age group)

· Champions will receive mini-Puma soccer balls 

· Boys Age Group League 1 = 2007/2008

· Boys Age Group League 2 = 2006/2005

· Selection of European Teams will be held virtually (Zoom) on December 4th at 8 pm. Team Captain must choose from approved list of European Club Teams.
